Please allow 7-10 business days to complete your order. If we are out of the office, notification will be given on our Facebook page. If you are needing an item by a certain time, please message us directly to ensure we can have it by that time.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds or return on personalized or custom items. All other items are eligible for a refund or exchange IF there is an error on our end. Lil Bit Designs must be notified of any defects or errors within 48 hours of receiving the item. There will be blemishes on some items due to the nature of sublimating. We try our best to ensure the highest quality of work but a small blemish will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange
SHIPPING INFO
You may add shipping on any item. Shipping cost $6.00 PER shirt and $10.00 PER tumbler. Shipping cost is subject to change due to changing in shipping prices. Items will be shipped within 3 days from the completion of your item. Items will be shipped via USPS, once we have shipped the item, the time frame is then determined by USPS. We are NOT responsible, and no refund will be issued for delays due to USPS. Tracking number will be given upon request. We typically will let you know the estimated arrival date once we have shipped the item.
